If you have full text copies, you'd like to share, that'd be great. I was however able to read the 1st two pages of the first and the abstracts for both.

From what I can tell, these articles don't really negate what I've said about VIOs. Although both articles clearly show that women claim to orgasm from vaginal penetration without additional stimulation of the clitoral glans, and both show that women are able to describe these things, neither seem to corroborate those claims with physical evidence.

Maybe I didn't make this as clear as I should have, but when I said VIOs have, as yet, not been documented or described and there is no clear understanding of what is needed to have them or who is capable of having them. I meant that in the physical, scientifically documented way that phenomena generally need to be observed in order to properly describe said phenomena. I would agree that the two articles you posted are useful as a starting point. However, I don't think I'm asking too much for there to be some replicated data about how VIOs physically happen and how the body reacts up to and while and after they are happening.

I'm still on the look out for an article with that information, so let me know if you find something.Trishahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08846980215552421591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2427849323464039196.post-18929224348231926652014-06-25T06:06:05.118-04:002014-06-25T06:06:05.118-04:00Hi. The findings are published in peer reviewed scientific journals here
King, R., Belsky, J., Mah, K., & Binik, Y. (2011). Are there different types of female orgasm?. Archives of sexual behavior, 40(5), 865-875.
and here
King, R., & Belsky, J. (2012). A typological approach to testing the evolutionary functions of human female orgasm. Archives of sexual behavior, 41(5), 1145-1160.
and summarized in popular form here:
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/hive-mind/201307/the-lady-vanishes
(Where I also blog about the ongoing research in this area)
The clitoris is much larger than most people suppose--being four inches in length and full of sensitive tissue inside. This penetration of an aroused woman can easily stimulate the clitoris along its full length. Even women who have suffered a complete excision of the clitoral glans report the experience of orgasm from penetration. As discussed here:
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/hive-mind/201309/prisoners-biology
Why people want to dent female experience is discussed here
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/hive-mind/201312/the-myth-the-myth-the-vaginal-orgasm
The G-spot is a separate issue. The paraurethral or Skene's gland is a separate structure with 18 distinct function parts. Many women reported ejaculation in our studies. What, if any, the function of this is utterly unknown.

Links to articles:

http://scholar.google.co.uk/scholar?cluster=8576136649931163215&hl=en&as_sdt=0,5

http://scholar.google.co.uk/scholar?cluster=12964222270981264822&hl=en&as_sdt=0,5

(If you have problems accessing would be more than happy to share with you)
Robhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04940797179783643398noreply@blogger.com
